Starting Monday, March 1. Practice time is 4:30-6:30 Mon-Fri unless
instructed otherwise. Please be at practice and ready to go by 4:15 so
you can toss around and be ready to rock at 4:30.

Please take a look at this wall ball workout video put together by two
of your teammates. It’s the same workout we’ve handed out in the past.
New players especially should strive to learn it, but returners should
be able to work their way through it with authority. If each of us can
put the time in to accomplish this workout, we’ll be in a great
position to achieve success as a team. Work the wall and show your
teammates you want it as much as they do.
